Chasing the Dream: YouTube Series on Dreams

Dr. Patrick McNamara explores the world of dreams as cohost of Chasing the Dream with Dr. Michelle Carr. The channel delves into all aspects of Dreaming, including the science of dreams, dream content, lucid dreaming, history and anthropology of dreams, creativity and dreaming, art and dreams, REM sleep, disorders of dreaming, anomalous phenomena in dreams, spirituality and dreams, consciousness and dreams, and much more. 

The channel’s mission is to make dreaming fun again by awakening the public to the joy, significance, and mystery of dreams. Although we can indefinitely dive deeper into the mystery of dreams we may never be able to capture their full significance or mystery, thus we keep “Chasing the Dream!”
